Free shipping across Canada. Orders ship within 2 business days and typically arrive in 3-7 business days.

Warranty

Every Miniband product includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Pairing & Bluetooth

Hold the power button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode, then select "Miniband" in your device's Bluetooth settings.

Battery & charging

Charge fully before first use. A full charge takes about 2 hours and lasts 8-10 hours of playback.

Washing & care

Remove the speaker module first, then hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle. Air dry only.

How do I track my order?+

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

What's your return policy?+

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is in its original condition. Reach out and we'll walk you through it.

My Miniband won't turn on — what do I do?+

Make sure it's charged for at least 30 minutes, then hold the power button for 5 seconds. If it still won't turn on, contact us and we'll help troubleshoot or arrange a warranty replacement.

How do I pair a new device?+

Hold the power button for 5 seconds until you hear a pairing tone, then select "Miniband" from your device's Bluetooth settings. It only needs to be paired once per device.
